The Guarantee
The guarantee applies to practices that sign a service agreement that includes it. It covers booked veneer and smile makeover consultations, not accepted cases or revenue, and it requires the practice to hit the minimum ad spend and run the consults when they are booked. If this page and the agreement differ, the agreement controls.
"We keep working for free until we do" means we keep providing the service without a management fee until the 30 consultations are booked. It is not a refund of fees already paid, and ad spend is paid to the ad platforms.
